“I would not recommend them to a friend because I had to call several times to come get someone to come out because they kept canceling. They waited a week to come, so I had to buy a whole new unit. They were incompetent, telling me they were going to be here that day and then cancel and then send someone to me and they didn't have the proper stuff to do the job.”
“Peter was a consummate professional when addressing the plumbing issues in our home. He quickly diagnosed the cause of our leak and was able to figure out the best way to address it. He also helped us with some long-standing issues we wanted to have resolved.”

“Well we were supposed to have a technician come to a checkup on the tank and they cancelled on 3 different occasions. Stating: 1 Technician said that he had an emergency, so he canceled reschedule 2 time technical not in area. 3-time technician not in area. This is NOT good business practice”

Took advantage of a 93 year old man. I am contacting the Five Star Rated Homeowner Referral Guidebook to let them know they should not be advertising your company.”

“Had a plumbing inspection done. The My Plumber tech that came out told us our pressure regulator was bad (so the house was over pressurized), and that the hot water header needed to be fully replaced. Had two other independent plumbing companies come out to replace the regulator and hot water heater, both said they were working fine... house was at the proper pressure so regulator was fine, hot water heater was also fine, just needed a new expansion tank. Very shady. Will not use My Plumber again for plumbing inspection or issues”
