Huge pieces of gutter in our yard after the gutters were installed. Nails still all over the roof. Seemed like everything we were promised was not held to the standard. “The installation of both doors went very smoothly. The men were great. They cleaned up after themselves and the doors are beautiful. But the front door is the issue. You have to lean on it to get it to click closed and then you have to force the lock to get it locked on top of that. I have tried every single day since installation multiple times a day to input codes into this stage lock. And it is not working, so unless we use the key on the front door, which is why we got the Slate lock so we didn’t have to use a key, we cannot open the front door. And this has nothing to do with the newest installation, but the installation of the back door. While the workmen were here, it was discovered that the lock is rusting on the back door. I am not available until July 14 for anybody to come and look at the doors so if we can make an appointment after that, I’d be very happy thank you”
