“Although we are happy with the product of the windows we got, we were not happy with the way we were pressured into adding a roof with a hard sell. The "quality assurance manager" came out to look at our windows, and took one peak into our attic and said we were in dire need of replacing our roof. When the original salesman came out, we decided not to add the roof because we weren't ready for it financially. This new guy said there was mold, wood rotting, etc. He also lied and said he was not a sales person/not going to make a commission, and that when we signed we would not have the 3 day right to recision which was a lie. Luckily the cancellation team was very nice/professional and let us cancel and apologized for this. After the fact we read the reviews and saw this was many people's experience. It's just a gross way of doing business, and we got more quotes after the fact in which the quote was 10k+ lower...”

I did the first four windows with them, but when they did those, I decided I needed to get the rest of them done. My son wanted me to check around for a cheaper price, but I said no because Power is wonderful. I am so very happy with them!”

“For the windows I would rate my likeliness to recommend with a 5-star rating, but with the gutters they'd recieve a 2-star rating. My experience with my window installation and the windows in general I am 100% satisfied with all that. All of the interactions, breakdowns of the information, and with the pricing, everything was great! When it came to my gutters, it was a whole headache. It took 3 phone calls to get everything fix. I was more disappointed because the representative that sold me the gutters was at my house for hours trying to make the sale. When I came to him with a concern, questions, or just needing to get in touch with somebody to help me with my situation, I never got a response from him. At that point, it made it seem like our interaction wasn't genuine or sincere. At the end of the day, he was just out trying to make a sale. I had messaged him along with another representative that I was talking to about my issue, but that representative was out of the office. He still responded to me apologizing, and he said that he'll have somebody reach out to me. He stated that he was sorry, but he wouldn't be in office until this day. However, the person that made the sale, I never heard from again.”

“Very satisfied with window install. Siding install was fine except siding corners around windows don't match perfectly, and they left a small mess in the yard. There was some white caulking left on the red trim of the red door. They also trampled the couple flowers on the south side. Gutter install was good. I mentioned how the one downspout came out farther before to direct water away from the house, so they extended it. I wish I had noticed the 2 on the south side, I would have liked those 2 to extend out farther as well.”

My experience with Power is that I had an issue with the roofing through the storm, and from the back office, I had an individual named Christine help me with the process of getting my claim completed with my home insurance. That was a success because I was having a little bit of issues, but she rectified everything and got the documentation and information that was needed by my home insurance claim adjuster, which was amazing. I then also had the pleasure of having a great experience with Amar in regard to guidance with my roof, gutters, and trim, along with his recommendation on everything and bundling things up and giving me an affordable cost. The workers coming in let me know when they would be starting, the work that was done, and the cleanup and prepping that were also phenomenal. As soon as they were done with the work, the finished look was very clean and professional. I did have some questions and concerns about certain things that were happening or transpiring within the work that I visually or aesthetically did not like. I addressed those concerns with the project manager and the manager that deals with the crew. They both addressed and satisfied my concerns or issues that I may have had with the project. Overall, my experience was amazing.”
