No call the morning of to confirm arrival time? For the premium I paid on this job I expected more. The crew worked well and worked well together but nothing about the acutal work corresponded to the effort that went into earning my business. The guys who came out may not have been sub contractors but I would be shocked if they are Power employees. If that is the case then it contradicts the answer I got when speaking to either the original door to door solicitor or to the sales man who came and gave us the estimate.”

“Maybe have a person that speaks and understand the language of the property owner and not a worker that has some understanding of the language. (Language barrier) There should be a sight manager on job sight the same time the crew starts the job so you can go through any concerns you might have.”
