“I am not likely to recommend Power Home Remodeling to a friend. The company is extremely pushy; they didn't follow up with any of the promises that they made. Meaning, the quality assurance guy came before the final project was done and never came back. He was the only quality assurance guy that told us he was coming back to ensure the project was done. He said he was going to have a magnet pick up thing and never did that. My dog got a nail stuck in her paw because those nails were never picked up. I'm constantly finding scraps in my yard, from gutter clips to shards of metal from the metal that they trimmed to white little strips of plastic. I had to clean up my entire yard from all of that. They didn't complete the project correctly the first time out; the drip guard was missing on one side of the house on the back. So the gentlemen had to come out to check on the project. I was able to tell him that, but they had to reschedule someone to come out and finish the installation, which took another week and a half. The only way I discovered the drip guard was from going up to the gutters to add a leaf screen which goes over the gutter because Power Home Remodeling said they don't do that. Had I not gone up there, I wouldn't have seen the drip guard missing. The biggest complaint I had was the nails and gutter clips (6-inch (0.15 m) clips that you put in the brackets). In several areas, the gutter clips weren't even screwed into the house, so the gentleman that I pointed out the drip guard to had to tell the team to refasten those. That was shoddy work for $12,000, and I would never suggest it to anyone else.”

I'm glad I didn't do any laundry. They sent someone out that morning. One was a supervisor. They came right out and fixed it. They walked around and found lots of things wrong. They are good about that. I wouldn't have noticed.”

“I've shared my disappointment with multiple associates for Power Home Remodeling. The response I received from the last guy who came out to my house was "well, we're not door people. We did you a favor by taking down the door to install your siding." Same with the porch lights "we're not electricians. We did you a favor by taking down the lights to install the siding." My storm doors and my porch lights are messed up. Not once did anyone tell me I needed to get a door installer or electrician to be onsite to take these things down or put back up prior to, or after, my siding installation. At the end of the first day of installation, the installers left without covering up huge, gaping holes in the top of my house. Directly under the roof, they did not cover the holes left after removing existing siding or plywood. Left my roof open to the elements. I cannot use my outdoor water faucet. It was broken during installation. Again, I was told "we're not plumbers".”
